UNO Souls Chat: I am honored today to be chatting with Ben Papa – an UNO Soul.  He is a Leadership Coach and Enneagram Teacher.Ben is a very kind and introspective coach. He was a lawyer for 18 years that transitioned to coaching and training business leaders to be personally effective in their business so that they can be more successful from a business/financial perspective. It’s about being effective as a human being.    Words of wisdom: “The wisest thing I ever heard is to be sure that I know myself. That I really am taking an honest deep, clear, look at who I am and how I roll. That I know what my gifts and strengths are, not what I wish they were or what other people tell me they should be or what would earn me the most money, but what are my actual gifts and strengths. When do I feel like I’m in the flow of life…A lot of people don’t do that self-reflective, self-awareness work and I think that’s sad because they end-up missing out on how to live the fullest, richest life that they have.  Whatever your favorite tool is – the Enneagram is my favorite tool…figure out who you really are at your core and use that to map out how you do life. I think it’s the wisest thing that I can say.” I am grateful for you Ben!
