When we keep plunging in and out lockdowns like this, it's hard to find positivity. I read something the other day that has inspired me greatly: "Where one door closes, another opens". I think we've all heard it once or twice before. But this time it made so much more sense to me. Instead of working against the situation, we can work with it. Putting our energy in new creative solutions, new initiatives. There is no point in wasting your energy on things we have no control over. Of course, easier said than done, but the idea sounds beautiful! Maybe this months episode can give you a little pick-me-up, a little positivity or little boost towards that idea, as I tried to pack as much good vibes as I could find into this new episode. Enjoy!
