The summer season is here! I already had the privilege to play at some outdoor festivals and I have to say, it feels so so good! Definitely my favourite season of the year, as it is for many. The more I look forward to each performance, the more pressure I create for myself and the more aware I become of any expectations that rest on my shoulders. I notice I am less present in the moment, fully focussed on giving it my all and playing the best set I can, at the cost of losing the connection with all the lovely people right in front of me, the crowd. And it is exactly that what this job incredibly beautiful! I am exploring ways to trust in my abilities, while still putting on the best performance I can. To be relaxed, present and able to enjoy our connection to the fullest. Because at the end of the day that’s what it’s all about: enjoying the moment together. I hope this months episode can do the same for you and helps to enjoy this moment a little bit more <3
