Even after all these years of making music, I still find it extremely hard to start with something new. It's always a bit scary, you start overthinking it and instead, you start distracting yourself with other things. Eventually doubt starts creeping in, "can I even do it anymore" and it just gets more difficult. But, once you put everything aside, no preconceived ideas or plans and get yourself to actually begin, it just starts flowing effortlessly and it's like its the most easiest thing in the world. Crazy how thinking about some stuff just makes it more complicated, but when you just start or follow your gut feeling, it all just start happening naturally.
