I take personal pride in Ben Louis's success as I met him 5 years ago when he first started his career in radio at Radio Free Brooklyn. I encouraged Ben as I watched him get his dream career on track at Sirius XFM with hard work, careful planning and tenacity. I got to know Ben and talked him off of a ledge occasionally when he would get frustrated cause I believed in him. This time Ben is exploding with so much great news—a promotion, an apartment, a wonderful relationship! But there are challenges—one in particular that we discuss. As usual Ben doesn't hold back.
