In today's episode, the ladies of BxB dive into the old adage, 'It Takes a Village.' Who does your village consist of? Is it the same as back in the day? The ladies also discuss grandparents and family members who 'rush' you to have children; when the kiddos are finally here, they don't watch them. *gasp* 

And for your friends who don't have children yet, should they expect your older kids to babysit their kids if they never watched yours and weren't truly a part of your village?
