Poni says that new coaches have burnt out Steelers teams before, and that Tomlin did this as well in his first year. Most coaches think of this time of year as a time to get the mental reps down, as opposed to ramping up physically. The Seahawks are on Hard Knocks this summer after they won the Super Bowl last season for some reason. The Patriots will be on the offseason Hard Knocks in 2027.
