Reserve Bank Governor Adrian Orr is in a difficult situation. The central bank has hiked the Official Cash Rate by a further 25 basis points to 5.5 percent. But it's also surprised many by indicating it's unlikely to hike the OCR any further, before it starts to cut the OCR towards the end of next year.
