Donegal and Leitrim property price increases again

Property prices in both Donegal and Leitrim increased during the last quarter of 2024 according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.Prices in Donegal increased by over €15,400 while Leitrim also saw a price increase in Q4, with properties increasing by just over €10,00.Meanwhile, there wasn't an increase or decrease in property prices in Sligo in the final quarter.The average price of a property in county Donegal now stands at €245,000.Sligo sees a lower figure of €199,000 with Leitrim lower again with just over €189,000.Managing Director of MyHome.ie, Joanne Geary says the picture varies across the north west.
