Donegal business owner targeted by bank scam

A Donegal business owner has raised awareness about a scam after their bank account was hacked into and emptied.Roisin Gillen of Pretty Baked Bakery in Donegal Town initially received a text claiming to be from gov.ie, and later received a call pretending to be from AIB.Despite freezing her cards, the scammers got access to her account and took everything out. However, AIB have since assisted in retrieving the funds.Ms Gillen says that although she feels violated by the experience, she hopes it can help someone else avoid the situation:
