Donegal sees biggest rise in house prices

House prices locally were higher in the first quarter of 2024 than a year previously. That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in Donegal rose by 13 per cent and 8% in both Sligo and Leitrim. Nationwide, prices have increased by 6%. Ronan Lyons, Author of the report says despite prices increasing, the same hasn't been reflected in the number of houses available in the area.
