A Donegal TD says Ireland's reputation in the USA is strong enough that the Taoiseach should not go 'cap in hand' to meet President Trump tomorrow.   Sinn Fein's Padraig McLoughlin says with the large Irish diaspora in the states and a record of substantial investment in the US, the Taoiseach should visit the Oval office as the head of a proud nation. In advance of the meeting it was thought that the Cabinet's support for the construction of terminal that what will store fracked Gas is a move which is aimed at securing favour from the US President and an effort to secure lower tariffs being placed on Irish goods entering into the US. The government argue that a temporary gas reserve is needed to ensure Ireland's energy security.  The Sinn Fein Chief Whip has urged Michael Martin to have clear vision for what is best for Ireland when he meets President Trump in the Oval office tomorrow
