I think I asked more questions to Dr Fred on-air and off, than I have in any episode to date.  He's a psychiatrist, a communicator, an author, and a coach, but he doesn't believe in pharmaceuticals. And even though he's treated tens of thousands of patients throughout his career with pharmaceuticals, he saw pharmaceuticals were not helping, but what did help people was listening authentically to bring joy and healing to the world. The family he was born into was in chaos and in many ways, was counting on his arrival to bring health and wellness back into balance. Little Freddy had his hands full, and over the next 6 decades, has made it his business to bring healing to the world around him, not only to his family and friends but to the community and world at large. What a journey it has been. Above all else, Dr. Fred has been committed to the notion that communication, connection, creativity, and conversation are at the heart of all healing of all conditions of all types. Without this, people simply do not heal. With it, miracles regularly occur. Voices heal.
