Summary
When we sit in what I like to call the shallow, that's when you will notice this thing's ruminating the mind chatter, the same shit all the time, the same conversations you're playing out in your mind, even when they haven't happened. Someone does something and you're just reacting, and then you go off on a whole big tangent of why you're so mad or why you're so triggered or what this should be happening and that should be happening. You only have to have a conversation with someone. Your kids do it to you. Your partner does it to you. All of that, that shallow kind of end of the pool of dealing with our triggers and our trauma, so when we live there, it is just like this constant draining mind fuck of a place to be.
