DREAMSHADE with Fella

Five years after the previous album, DREAMSHADE release their next record "A Pale Blue Dot". It symbolizes the earth, how you can see it from outer space. That's why there also is an astronaut on the cover. Marcel and Pia talked to guitar player and vocalist Fella about the new album. Things got philosophical when we talked about the meaning of the astronaut as a symbol, life in the universe and how we live on this planet nowadays. Fella also told us about bands that influenced him as a young musician and we figured out if there is a connection between Eurodance and Melodic Metal. Btw: We didn't find out which genre DREAMSHADE play. Maybe they just have a genre on their own. -- Fünf Jahre nachdem das Vorgängeralbum "Vibrant" veröffentlicht wurde, bringen DREAMSHADE nun "A Pale Blue Dot im März 2021 raus. Der blasse, blaue Punkt symbolisiert die Erde, wie sie aus dem Weltall aussieht. Passend dazu ziert ein Astronaut das Cover. Marcel und Pia sprechen mit Fella, dem Gitarrist und Teilzeit-Sänger von DREAMSHADE, über das neue Album. Wir werden etwas philosophisch mit der Frage, was der Astronaut symbolisiert, ob es weiteres Leben im Universum gibt und ob wir heute zu schnelllebig sind. Fella erzählt auch über Bands, die ihn als jungen Musiker beeinflusst haben, und die Verbindung von Eurodance zu melodischem Metal ist ebenfalls ein Thema. Übrigens: Wir konnten nicht rausfinden, welchem Genre DREAMSHADE nun zuzuordnen ist. Vielleicht haben sie einfach ihr ur-eigenes begründet.
