Take a seat. Relax and prepare to eliminate extra pounds. Be in a place and at a time when you can be comfortable. Or where by relaxing you can be comfortable over time.
And know that the people who listen to this track each day have much better results, predictably, than those who don't. Be in this place where you can be at peace for a time. A place where you are. Or a place where you have been in the past.
With your body. Or through imagination. Entirely in your mind. Close your eyes.
And be in this place now. At a time when the sun is shining. A time when you are lying down. We're sitting down.
Why do we count the weight loss bit? And notice how your body feels in this place. Really consider it all. The excess food.
The excess food and drink. That you know is no longer necessary. For feel. Yourself.
Going as deep. As feels right for you. Right now. Relaxed.
The patterns of snacking. That involve times of the day. Shift. And change.
And change of course means change. And you are changing. And right now. In this moment.
All those patterns and habits. Are changing. For a healthier version of you. You begin to wonder why.
You always seem to do. The same. Or. Similar things.
At the same time. That involves eating something. Or drinking something. You don't really need.
Those actions of putting certain unhealthy things. Or too much of a good thing in your mouth. Actually begins to seem silly. And unnecessary.
