But, we're also going to talk about another skill called Square Breathing, which I think goes well with this music, so it's a breathing technique, and we'll listen to it now. It's not much of a skill as skills go, there's no sound effects or anything, and it's such a simple method of breathing that you only need to hear it once and then you know how to do it, so this is probably more of a recommendation for the Zen Spa skill. which you could then invoke, and do your Square Breathing to it, because you've learned how to do it from listening to this demo.
