It's called Headspace Sleepcast. Alexa, open Headspace Sleepcast. Hello. Thanks for joining us tonight as we pay a visit to the midnight laundrette.
We're going to help you to just rinse away the worries of the day, creating the ideal conditions for a healthy, restful sleep. Each night we like to start with a short exercise, which we call a wind-down. Tonight's exercise is a visualization. So when you're ready, let's begin.
So, just lying down. Taking a moment to rest. Just take a moment to get comfortable. Letting go of the day.
Enjoying that feeling of having stopped. Of having nothing to do and nowhere to go. We're just going to focus the attention of the mind on the different parts of the body. Watching as the muscles in the body switch off for the night.
Leaving the body feeling rested. And leaving the mind for these. This is good though. So just starting down at the toes.
This is really good. There's a sense of the muscles switching off. Sounds like there's a laundrette. The arches.
