Hey guys, this one will lovely, smells coming from downstairs, it's nearly lunchtime. Today we are going to look at another skill to help you de-stress, relax and hopefully have a really refreshing sleep. We've looked at several before, but this one looks good too. It's called Relaxation and De-stress Guided Meditation.
I'll fire up and then just give you a blast, I won't say anything else, enjoy. A little bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of Relaxation and De-stress Guided Meditation. Inhale, feel the ribs expand. Exhale, feel them soften.
Inhale, feel. Exhale, soften. Feel your whole back body being supported by gravity. Let gravity hold you, cradle you so you don't need to engage any muscles.
In fact, you can allow each muscle group to let go completely. Feel the weight of your feet sink down, relax and wiggle the toes so they aren't clenched at all. Now, notice your legs. Let them drop like soft, heavy rope.
All the muscles of your hips and torso release. Softening them even more on your exhale. Notice your legs. Hello, I'm Sean.
