Hey guys, today we are looking at a skill that we actually covered last week on the Echo Show podcast. If you haven't checked it out, please do. I'll tell you a little bit more about it in a second, but first let's look at this skill called meditation timer. It's really simple.
You can set a period of meditation and then you just get some nice forest sounds with some sort of soothing instrument in the background. A little bit better. Open meditation timer. Welcome to meditation timer.
How long would you like to meditate for? One minute. Starting one minute of forest sounds. Here we go.
Okay, clear your mind. Try and just relax. That is loud. That's something we commented on because we talked about this skill and how it's really hard to clear your mind, particularly when there's a very chirpy, loud bird in your ear.
So this is Stereo guys. I hope you listen to all of our episodes in stereo because most of them have some sort of stereo component. Most of the music coming in now a minute is the shortest time you can set it for. You probably want to take for longer than a minute to feel any benefits.
Oh, it's going. And then we can have a, that symbolizes the end of the meditation. So very simple. Easy to remember because it says what it does on the tin.
It is a meditation timer. Great. Please do check out the Echo Show guys. If you haven't done already, Sean Priest and myself every week have a really, really fun.
Have fun time. So give it a go and we'll speak in tomorrow. Feedback comments demos the dot dot podcast at gmail dot com. Briefcast dot FM.
