Hey guys, it's Robin here, happy New Year's Eve and whatever you're doing this evening, I hope it's a good one and what are you doing for the rest of next year? I hope it's a good one too. In fact, what we're going to look at today potentially is a way to make it a good year regardless of everything that's going on. This is called something something challenge and that's because there's a whole raft of skills by the same developer called Raspberry Mills and these skills are all the something challenge and each one gives you a different piece of advice or action or activity every single day and if you put them into practice then conceivably it might improve your life immeasurably in that area.

So what am I talking about? Things like the walking challenge, that's where you can walk a bit each day potentially longer and longer. I haven't looked into that one. Clean eating challenge, the sit up challenge, self care, no idea what that one is.

Family time, that's spending more quality time with your family and it will give you suggestions about what you could do. Happiness challenge, how to get a bit happier each day. Relationship challenge. Wow, maybe we should look at that one.

Cleanness challenge, that sounds really good too. Gratitude, that's really useful to have blessings every day. Productivity challenge, wow that's going to have lots of suggestions about how to be more productive and organized. Money makeover challenge, wow I've listened to a couple of those ones and they're really practical and useful.

The declutter challenge, the photography challenge, letter writing challenge, we're getting much more practical here. The minimalist challenge, I wonder what that is. Blogging challenge and drawing challenge, all the last one, the song challenge, I had a quick sneak peek at that one and that's about creating a playlist over those days adding a new song each day. Okay then, what should we go for?

Let's go for that productivity challenge. A little bit better. Open the productivity challenge. Okay, here's the productivity challenge.

Day one, find tools to automate as many tasks as possible. Come back tomorrow for the next productivity challenge idea. Hmm, just a bit weaker than it. Let's try another one.

A little bit better. Open the productivity challenge. Day two, create a music playlist that helps you focus. Come back tomorrow for the next productivity challenge idea.

A little bit stronger, we'll try one more. Obviously, do these one a day. A little bit better. Productivity challenge.

Day three, spend a few minutes each hour moving. Stretch at your desk or take a walk around the building. Come back tomorrow for the next productivity challenge idea. That actually does help with productivity quite a lot.

Let's try the happiness challenge. I'm interested to know what that is. Alexa, open the happiness challenge. Okay, here's the happiness challenge.

Day one, welcome to the happiness challenge. Today's daily challenge is to not use social media at all today. Check back tomorrow for your next daily happiness challenge. That's a really good one.

Alexa, open the happiness challenge. Day two, welcome to the happiness challenge. Today's daily challenge is to call a friend on the phone. Check back tomorrow for your next daily happiness challenge.

You see, I think these are really, really powerful. Let's try one more. I don't know what the self care one is. Let's try that.

Alexa, open the self care challenge. Okay, here's the self care challenge. Day one, print pictures of your places and people that make you happy and display them somewhere that you'll see them every day. Check back tomorrow for a new self care idea.

Hmm, gives you a flavor about that would be in the happiness one as well. I'm sure there's some overlap here guys. I certainly know that putting down phones for an hour and spending some quality time. It appears in both the relationship challenge and the family time challenge.

But that's fine, equally valid in both places. Go have a go at these and see if they help you with your particular goals. And why not start tomorrow? Why not start tonight as the bells chime?

And you start thinking about what you're going to achieve in 2021. Go this is Robin signing off. We'll speak again tomorrow.
