You can also ask questions about individual exercises like, how do I do a lunge? Or how do I make push ups harder or easier? Say the number or name of an exercise for detailed instructions or say return to exit help. Okay.
How do I do a lunge? Instructions for lunges. With your feet together. Step forward on your right foot.
Lowering yourself until both front and back knees are bent as close to a 90 degree angle as possible. Back knees. Like an ostrich. Then push back with the front leg and switch legs.

You can set up a voice now by saying its name or say subtle to hear the different voices. Tough. I have set voice to tough. Let's set up music next.
