So open Lost Worlds. Opening Lost Worlds. Welcome to Lost Worlds, an interactive solo role-playing game set in a fictional distant future. During gameplay, you will create a character, adventure through space, battle foes, explore new worlds, and seek mankind's original homeworld.
Your statistics in the game determine what types of things you may or may not be able to do. Most choices that you make in the game can be done with one or two words. Through in-skill purchases, you may be able to get more advanced equipment, or even enhance skills and attributes at certain places in the game. You can always find out your current statistics by asking, what are my stats?
Please tell me your character's name. Please say it as, my character's name is, whatever name you choose. My character's name is Robin. Your character's name is Robin, is that correct?
Yes. Hello Robin, are you ready to start playing? Yes, or, no? Yes.
Rolling the dice for your stats and hit points. Robin, your base characteristics are, strength 13, dexterity 14, constitution 16. I'm going to fade this out. Intelligence 10.

And hit point 6. Okay, back soon. You have entered the filler system, and are approaching the second planet. It looks odd to you, as though it is a metallic object rather than a planet.
Do you want to enter orbit? Yes, or, no? Yes. As you enter orbit, the signal from the planet stops.
The ship's computer receives a transmission from the planet that it is able to interpret. A series of numbers appears on your view screen. The numbers are, 0, 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, and 49. The screen appears to be waiting for some kind of input.
Do you need me to repeat the numbers? No. Yes, or, no? No.
It seems to be some kind of an intelligence test. What would you like to input? You can say number 58, number 64, number 69, or, number 72. Number 64.
Your intelligence has increased by 8 and is now 18. Your ship's engine shuts down, and you can feel the pull of a gravity beam as it gently guides you to the surface. Gravity beams, and the ability to remotely shut down a ship's engine are something you have never heard of. Whoever is on this planet has a technology far beyond the guild.
A moment later, this is compounded when your instruments indicate an atmosphere where none existed before. Do you want to exit the ship and investigate? Yes, or, no? Stop.
