Dot-2 dot. A new skill every day. In five minutes. Hello, though, Dot-2 dot listeners.
Ashley here. With a simple skill, it's a one trick pony called Heat Trainer, H-I-I-T, High Intensity, Interval Training. It does exactly what it says it will do and nothing else. It'll give you a timer for your active periods and your rest periods.
It is much more convenient than asking the A lady to set a timer over and over again while you're exercising. There's no sound effects, so to make it a little more interesting we'll play some music and there is one little glitch I have found where it always skips the first rep. So it'll tell you that you did two when you really only did one, three when you really only did two, so you have to be sure to add an extra rep in there to make up for that temporary glitch. Alexa, play workout music.

Just start a workout. Just say start workout. Start workout. How many seconds do you want to exercise for?
How many seconds do you want to rest for? Six. How many reps do you want to do? Four.
So that's five seconds of exercise. Six seconds of rest. Before reps. Is that right?
Yes. Ready to exercise in three, two, one, go. Now you start running or doing your push-ups or whatever. It'll count.
Ready to rest in three, one, and rest. Three. That's two reps. So it's a two reps there and it keeps doing that.
Ready to exercise in three, two, one. Go. And all it does, but again more helpful then. Ready to rest in three, two, one, and rest.
Then calling out every single time. Ready to exercise in three, two, one, go. Ready to rest in three, two, one, and rest. That's four reps.
That was a great workout. Catch you next time for some more integral training. I'll let you stop. You can also have a book playing in the background, but I'm assuming if you're doing high intensity you might need something a little more energetic than an audio book, but whatever suits you, heat trainer.
Enjoy. Oh, before you go, there's a new podcast related to Dr. Dot It's called The Echo Show. It's weekly, myself and Sean Priest, brilliant guy.
