Hey guys, Robin here. Second yoga related one today. This one doesn't have a recorded person telling you what's worked, but it's still really good. And the idea is that you stay in bed, you fire up the skill and you follow the instructions so that you can do some bed-based yoga even before you get up.

Good morning. This is your daybreak yoga routine. Shall we begin? Yes.

Okay, let's get started. First, come into recline goddess pose. Lie on your back. Bend your knees, keeping the soles of your feet onto bed.

Then open your knees out to either side and bring the soles of your feet together. Try placing a block or a pillow under each knee if you feel they are a long way from the bed. Put your hands in any comfortable position. Perhaps you can rest them over your belly and feel your breath.

Breathe in and out through your nose for one minute. Sorry about their heating. You can hear it clinking away. Fifty seconds.

This is what you get guys. You get a countdown. You can have some music or something. But as I'm sure you're aware, you can play media and then play a skill as well.

Yes. Great. Then come into fish pose. Press your forearms and elbows into the bed and lift your chest to create an arch in your upper back.

Lift your shoulder blades and upper torso off the bed. And now she's counting down. Tilt your head back and bring the crown of your head to the bed. Hold for a minute.
