Hey guys, super simple skill today called habit log to help us get a run on streaks as they call it on good habits. I'm assuming you'll pick good habits. They're written that if you can sustain habit for two weeks in a row, then it becomes habitual. It becomes a habit.
If you can sustain an activity for two weeks, it becomes a habit. So let's give it a go. So open habit log. Welcome back to habit log.
Here's something to you can say. List my habits. Add habit workout. Log workout.
List my streaks. What is my workout streak? Remove workout habit. Or help.
List my habits. You have one habit, jigsaw. And I think that's it. I think you have to open it again each time.
So I have a habit called jigsaw's, not that I make jigsaw's but I added that earlier. And if I asked her for my streak, she would say zero because I haven't logged any jigsaw's yet. So let's say, a little bit less. Ask habit log to log jigsaw's.
That's one in a row. Wow, I've made a jigsaw for one day running. Let's add another habit. Alexa, ask habit log to add workout habit.
Workout has been added. Try to keep the chain. Alexa, ask habit log to log workout. Workout log.
That's one in a row. Alexa, ask habit log to list my streaks. You have two habits. Jigsaw's with a streak of one.
Workout with a streak of one. There you go. You get the idea guys. You can delete habits.
You can list which habits you've got, et cetera, et cetera. I think this is really useful. Let's try and get a streak of 14 in each case or in every case. And then maybe the habit will become ingrained and we will be better people for it.
