Dr. Dot. The daily five minute skill devotion. For everyone who's simply dotting about Alexa.
Hey guys, we're in here today, we are revisiting the translated skill which came up on the A-Lady app as a recommendation. So I thought why not? Because we haven't covered it for well over 1800 episodes, it was back in episode 39. And it's really good, it can translate.
I think it said 32 different languages, but we'll get the help straight away. I'll ask, translate it for help. With the translated skill, you can translate sentences from English into 37 languages and listen to the correct pronunciation. Say the phrase and the language you would like to translate it into.
For example, say translate how you in Japanese and I'll translate it for you. You can ask the translated skill to pronounce the translation more slowly or to repeat it. What do you want to translate? Translate I love foreign languages into Japanese.
I love foreign languages in Japanese is that Google has anything else. Translate, my name is Robin and I am very hungry into Hungarian. My name is Robin and I am very hungry and Hungarian is under the name iszno jon i Hé shelayuk. Anything else?
No. Goodbye. Huh, now when I was testing this earlier, I just asked the A-Lady and I got exactly the same for Japanese anyway, but let's try Hungarian. I just wonder if this is now built in rather than being third party skill?
I like that, sir. Say my name is Robin and I am very hungry in Hungarian. My name is Robin and I am very hungry in Hungarian and Hungarian is under the name iszno jon i Hé shelayuk. So yeah, I think it is exactly the same.
I think it's another first party integration of a third party skill. So yeah, translate it. Really, really good. Let's do one more.
A little bit. So say I am really wishing the best for everyone in Ukraine into Ukrainian. I am really wishing the best for everyone in Ukraine. And Ukrainian is.
I am really wishing the best for everyone in Ukraine. And Ukrainian is. Well, isn't the A-lady absolutely brilliant? So useful.
This is Robin signing off and we'll speak in tomorrow. Be back. Comments. Demos.
