Dr. Dot, the daily five minute skill devotion for everyone who's simply dotting about an accent. Hey guys, Robin here, first covered nearly 900 episodes ago and renamed to just Gruffalo, I think it used to be called Gruffalo Move, and it's never off the recommended home page when you go into the skills section of the A Lady app, it's always there. So let's revisit it for all listeners of a very young age or who have kids of that age or grandchildren, etc.
It's really gentle and obviously really really famous the Gruffalo isn't it? Oh, so open Gruffalo. Welcome back to the Gruffalo, a skill by Magic Light pictures. Do you want to carry on from before?
No. That's okay, we're still preparing for tomorrow's exciting adventure. Do you want to play today's activities again? Yes.
Snake has a fun activity for you today, let's see what it is, but first we'll need a big area, clear of clutter, so you don't trip. Do you need time to get ready? No. Alright, here's the first activity.
Let's his like Snake. Here comes the music. Why do you need a big area to his like Snake? Let's hear your longest hiss.
Hiss. Wow, you sound it just like a real snake. Fantastic. Okay, time for the second activity.
Lie down on the ground and wiggle your body like Snake. Wiggle wiggle wiggle. Like I said, young children. Go on, wiggle and wiggle about.
Yeah, so there's a different set of activities every day. Great job, that's seriously good slithering. Fancy that, you've done it. I hope you had a lot of fun today.
Next time you meet Snake you might have some new things to play. Would you like to see who you've met? Yes. You've met two out of five characters.
So far, you've met Owl and Snake. If you meet all characters, you might get a secret surprise. I wonder who we will meet tomorrow. Maybe we will run into.
The Gruffalo. Scary, see you then. Okay, I don't think it did restart today's activities because when I fired this up just before I started to record, there's no royal wee here. It had a whole thing where we were walking through the woods and you could hear some rustling and they said, who's that animal over there?
He's got scales. I think it said silvery scales, but that can't be right. And a long body. Who is it?
And then it gave you multiple choice. Yeah, it was Snake. So I've got a feeling we picked up at that point. So there is more to each day's activities than just what we've heard just then.
So yeah, there you go guys. Gruffalo. I'm pretty sure it's what was used to be called Gruffalo move because there is moving involved and it's meant to keep children occupied, maybe a little bit active. But certainly if they love the Gruffalo, then hopefully they'll like this skill.
And I would imagine, but I don't think it says it in the skill description that there are graphics on a case with a screen. Cool. This is Robin signing off and we'll speak again tomorrow. Feedback comments demos, the doctor.podcast.gmail.com briefcast.fm
