Yacht-to-Dot. With 85 minutes, we'll demo show. For everyone who's simply dotting about Alexa. Hey guys, Robin here.
Today we are going to look at a skill which basically serves up episodes of the Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown podcast, which recently won the funniest comedy in the Loaded Lafters, like BAFTAs, I guess, awards. So, yeah, now there is a health warning with it. It's not family-friendly or anything, which obviously is not my thing, but it's supposed to be really good. It's based on the premise of giving the panelists activities or games to resolve Flatshare challenges.
I'm not explaining that very well. Let's give it a go. So, it's called Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown, and you can just open it with Flatshare Slamdown. So, open Flatshare Slamdown.
Welcome to Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown. Which episode would you like to hear? Random. Playing episode Beef Brothers Cold Cuts with Josie Long S10E26.
S10E26, wow. It's that time again where we get to say, whoa, yeah, hey, baby, we're inside your ear canal. Whoa, yeah, hey, baby, here we are, and we're doing it now. Whoa, yeah, baby, thanks for joining us all.
Now you can say next and previous. And I have you, and welcome to a lovely episode of Pappy's Flatshare Beef Brothers Cold Cuts. Beef Brothers starting out your beef, beef cold cuts. Hello, X-Pause.
Now, I'll just say that, I'll start again in a minute, and I'll just say that when you do fast forward, rewind, next, previous, et cetera, actually I think next and previous you can just say, hey, lady, next, et cetera, but when you're doing fast forward and rewind, or skip forward and skip back by 70 seconds or minutes, you have to say, ask Flatshare Slamdown to do it, otherwise it won't work, I'll give you an example of that. Hello, X-Pause, play. It was evening. Almost, almost a jingle, yeah.
So, welcome, welcome to the show, everybody. We've got a fantastic guest in Josie Long today. Oh, long-time friend. Hello, X-Pause, ask Flatshare Slamdown to skip forward five minutes.
Okay. It's been all round, sir. You've had it, you've had it already. We think we have, obviously, we didn't get test, though, but my breathing is still impaired, so...
Ooh, it does sound like the dreaded coronavirus, doesn't it? Oh, my God. I'm glad you're safe now, I'm glad you're all right. And, yeah, because that's the thing with little kids, you can't get them to sell it.
Hello, X-Pause, can you? Okay, then, now, that's just giving you a flavour, really, but you can go next and previous through episodes, you can ask for a specific episode, like Series 7, Episode 24, or something like that, and I think that's about it, really. Probably didn't give you a very good flavour, but I'm very hesitant to play any more, just in case we get some sort of unfamily-friendly content. So, hands up, I haven't actually listened to one of these, but it's supposed to be really funny, and the guests that they have on, I like in other contexts, usually when they appear on panel shows on Radio 4, where everything is family-friendly, but I don't think this is constrained by any of those particular requirements.
So, yes, enjoy if it's your thing. Pappy's Flatshare Slamdown are the award-winning podcast. Cool, it's Robin Zanioff, and we'll see you again tomorrow.
