Dr. Dot. The daily 5 minute skill devotion. Where everyone can simply dot eat without an answer.
Hey guys, Robin here. Today we are looking at a skill called Brain Healing Sounds and it's literally just an ambient sound skill with one offering, but I think it's good. So I think it meets the bar. Let's give it a go.
A la- Because that open brain healing sounds. Welcome to Brain Healing Sounds. For wind chimes, I'm super annoying. Maybe I should have got a trigger.
I learnt at the beginning. I'm not sure if I'm comfortable using the word trigger alert for something that would just be marked in wanting. Because it's like it's devaluing. What could really trigger someone with a really dramatic situation.
Anyway, this is it. It can work. It's a music. Any kind of background distraction.
I think I might be able to get away with this one. Will change at all. I think it's just one note. What chord?
Okay, maybe it's getting a tiny bit annoying. If you want to turn it down a bit. For me it seems quite loud. Let's turn it down a little bit.
If you have this going in the background while you're doing what you do, I like it anyway. Okay guys, there you go. It's called brain healing sounds. It needs to be an asterisk on that which is that this is not medically proven but might help you relax.
This is Robin signing off and we'll speak again tomorrow. Feedback comments demos. The Doctor. podcast at gmail.com.
