Yacht-to-Dot. With 85-minute skill devotion. For everyone who's simply dotting about Alexa. Hey guys, Robin here.
Today we're looking at the simplest of skills. This is just an ambient sound generator by Sleep Jar. It's Rain Sounds, and that is it. We last looked at this nearly exactly 700 episodes ago, but it was the top-rated skill this week when I asked the A-lady what your top skills are.
There's another one that she recommended, which we'll probably do tomorrow, but I'm just wondering how I can invoke it without saying a particular word, but I'll think about that. So let's just open it up. Alexa, open Rain Sounds. Let's go back a little bit.
I love that sound. So that was the Sleep Jar that lied on to the beginning there. I love the smack, smack of each drop on something hard. No idea how long it goes on for.
I asked the help of a moment to go. I said, A-lady, ask Rain Sounds to help, and he basically just lives in there. It's a rain. Turned that down a bit.
Now just to add a tiny bit of value to this week, today's episode, let's have a couple jokes. So I asked the A-lady a moment to go to give me a joke about rain. And she said, what kind of clothes do clouds wear? Thunderwear.
Hmm. There we go. So then I asked ChatGPT for a joke about rain, and he spoke to, she said, why did the tomato turn red? Because it saw the salad dressing.
And I said, what? And then instantly asked right after, she said, oh, no, that's not about rain, is it? Okay, why did the raindrop go to the gym? Because he wanted to get thunder thighs.
So, not only did it give us a joke about rain, it actually gave us a two-for-one, and with a bit of humour in the middle there. So that was good. ChatGPT, man. It's the future of so many things.
And good to be jokes. Cool. There you go. Lovely rain.
It's about the only ambient sound I could have on the background. Because my brain doesn't allow me to concentrate on this stuff. It's too funny. I'll let this one fade away.
Thank you.
