E110: The Most Powerful Women You Never Knew: Women Changing the World

from Digg Podcast · host CAROLINE O'NEILL

Australian sisters, Peace Mitchelle and Katy Garner, founded the Women Changing the World Awards. They believe that when women come together with a collective intention magic happens. ‘The Women Changing The World Awards are a global awards program recognising the work of incredible women making a positive difference in the world across a range of industries and areas including business, sustainability, leadership, health, education, product development, innovation and technology.’ (The Women Changing the World Awards Website) The awards took place in London this year. We were honoured to be able to partner with them and attend the summit and awards ceremonies. Two of the amazing hosts for the evening were Sarah, Duchess of York and Dr Tererai Trent. Dr. Tererai Trent is a renowned scholar, educator, humanitarian, motivational speaker, author and founder of Tererai International. Oprah Winfrey hailed her as an all-time favourite guest on her show. Sarah, Duchess of York is known for her global humanitarian work, business acumen, best-selling children’s books, production endeavours and wellness advocacy. In this episode we hear from some of the incredible keynote speakers, award winners, attendees and one of the co-founders. Get ready to be inspired to drive change in your business, life and community!
