Isabeli vem investigando as dinâmicas de apagamento, silenciamento e distorção da memória das mulheres nas narrativas dominantes da cidade — através de projetos como a Tour Feminista do Porto e a Revista Lina. O seu trabalho parte de um princípio simples e radical: caminhar pode ser, em si mesmo, uma metodologia feminista. Neste episódio, percorremos um pedaço do Bonfim no Porto, enquanto falamos sobre toponímia, representação no espaço público, fabulação crítica e sobre o que significa escrever a história com o corpo, com a voz, e com a cidade como arquivo. Episode 26 is a conversation — and a walk — with Isabeli Santiago, art historian, curator, and PhD researcher in Feminist Studies at the University of Coimbra, and one of the organisers of the Feminist Tours of Porto. Isabeli has been investigating the dynamics of erasure, silencing, and distortion of women's memory in the dominant narratives of the city — through projects like the Feminist Tour of Porto and Revista Lina. Her work starts from a simple and radical premise: walking can itself be a feminist methodology. In this episode, we walked through a small section of the tour while discussing urban toponymy, representation in public space, critical fabulation, and what it means to write history with your body, your voice, and the city as archive.
