He has successfully completed 23 IRONMAN Triathlons – considered the world's toughest single-day endurance challenge, which entails, 3.8 km swimming in open water, 180 km cycling, and 42.2 km running all done sequentially within a cut-off time in a day. He has qualified for the IRONMAN World Championships on 2 occasions. He has also run 13 marathons and is a Boston Marathon Qualifier. He has had a phenomenal transformational journey from an unfit 95+ kilos to being an Ambassador for Triathlon in India driving the growth of the sport in India.Deepak Raj is also the CEO and co-founder of Yoska which provide online training programs for running, cycling, triathlon, and general fitness using their digital platform. Yoska (www.yoska.in) is also the franchise owner for IRONMAN in India and has organized the first-ever IRONMAN 70.3 event in India.
