In this episode, I reconnect with friend and colleague Peter Dewitt.  Peter is the Founder and CEO of the Instructional Leadership Collective. Over the last 10 or so years Peter has written extensively on leadership and improvement in schools and facilities professional learning around the world. This conversation was an opportunity to reflect on where we are now and what’s changing or shifting in leadership and professional learning.
