Send us Fan MailThis Tuesday our SVP Antonio Costa was joined by David Alicea, the Systems Architect at Cisco.David started his Networking journey back in 2005 as a Helpdesk Technician at DeVry University, where he worked his way up the ranks over the course of 6 years. Since then he’s been in a couple of Network Engineer roles until he fell into his current position. David talks to us about his transition into a more sales-based role, and how his previous experience working in the space, has led him to be able to understand and relate more with his customer's needs.
