This Thursday, our Co-Founder George Barnes was joined by Ronnie Wong.

Ronnie is the Edutainer Manager at ITProTV, where he has been for the past 8 years. Ronnie started off at ITProTV as an Edutainer to progressing into the Edutainer Manager role within the last 7 months.

During this episode, George and Ronnie discuss the best route into networking and emphasise that you should not be afraid to take on a job that isn’t specified to what you think it should be. You should take the opportunity that is in front of you and ask yourself if there is an opportunity to progress.

Ronnie also discusses the importance of learning the fundamentals and getting through the first steps of Networking, which is ultimately the hardest part. If you don’t have that firm foundation, what follows won’t be enjoyable for you.

The Andes and The Amazon James Orton This book, with the subtitle "Across the Continent of South America" describes the scientific expedion of 1867 to the equatorial Andes and the Amazon. The route was from Guayaquil to Quito, over the Cordillera, through the forest to Napo, and, finally, on the Rio Napo to Pebas on the Maranon. Besides this record, the expedition - under the auspices of the Smithsonian Institute - collected samples of rocks and plants, and numerous specimen of animals. The scientists also compiled a vocabulary of local languages and produced a new map of equatorial America.
