During this episode, Matt discusses some of the biggest changes he’s seen in the industry since he started his career. The adoption of video is one of those changes, YouTube for example. 500 hours of video is being uploaded to YouTube every minute, whereas if you looked back 10 or so years ago, the Network wouldn’t have had the capacity or facilities to be able to do that. He also talks about how you should always keep an open mind in this industry. The Network is constantly evolving and changing so you always need to be 5 steps ahead to ensure you don’t get left behind.
