Over the past 5 years, I’ve been working from home, and for the last 2 years, I’ve been with you every week through this podcast… all while being the father of a 5-year-old daughter. Working from home offers a lot of freedom, but it also comes with real challenges: -finding quiet time -knowing when to stop-balancing work and family life-dealing with perfectionism-learning how to truly disconnect.
