Try it for 45 days or so before reassessing Try not to become too picky with things, or it can be unhealthy as well CARB QUIZ Anna took a 'carb quiz' Take a quiz to see how many carbs you should be seeing The quiz says that they do not endorse low carb diets yet ask you what you are trying to do and give you info based off of that Anna filled out the entire quiz, including age, weight, how much she wants to lose, how much she exercises They did not give her a 'carb plan' Just tried to sell her BS carb cycle plans
