Originally a wine buyer, Edwin shares his passion for wine and food and talks about his pride for how the stores have adapted during lockdown. Helen Nugent is a journalist and the Editor of Northern Soul – a fantastic news source for food, drink, culture and business in the North. Having worked in London for the Times as a business journalist, she returned to her roots in Lancashire and explains why it is necessary to have a publication with quality journalism dedicated to the North of England.
