She discovered her passion for helping women and moms lead healthier lives. Angie's path also involved battling chronic pain post-pregnancy and discovering the power of embodiment.Healing through Embodiment: Angie found healing through embodiment practices, which include movement, voicing, and expression. This approach helped her release emotional and physical blocks, transforming her mental health.Supporting Women: Angie is passionate about helping women, especially moms, rediscover themselves and prioritize self-care. She emphasizes the importance of filling one's own cup before helping others, like the airplane oxygen mask analogy.Online Offerings: Angie offers one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs, addressing issues such as abundance and birth traumas. She's expanding her online presence to reach a broader audience and plans to launch courses, women's circles, and gatherings.Sleep Hygiene: Angie highlights the importance of maintaining good sleep hygiene for better mental health. Disconnecting from screens, reading before bed, and using calming essential oils can significantly improve sleep quality.Grounding and Nature: Grounding practices, like walking barefoot on grass and connecting with nature, have been essential for Angie's mental well-being.
