Embodying Acceptance in all Seasons

The more I'm accepting of my own seasons in life, the more I can live in surrender and acceptance of what is in my current reality and not try to "wish" what's in front of me away because it's uncomfortable. Just maybe, I can see the beauty during the hardship, the magic in the meltdown, seeing it as a chance to be fully present amidst the yuck. Now, I am most definitely not perfect at this, like I state many times, it is a practice and practice does not make perfect, just makes you a little more aware. I hope this episode gives you a new perspective and something to think about during the seasons that are changing on the outside as well as on the inside :)
