Embracing Change

How do we move from dreading or tolerating change, to looking forward to it or even embracing it? In this week’s conversation we ask: rather than taking the giant leap from hating change to loving it, how would it feel to shift into neutral? When we can change our outlook from resistance to curiosity, the question changes from, “how do I keep this the same?” to, “what are my options here?” It’s also helpful to remember that even a small, one-inch change is still change. And it can start simply by daring to want one thing to be different.
