So super excited for this episode of Empowered Conversations, where I speak with my good friend and fellow IIN Health Coach, Elizabeth Colvin!!Elizabeth Colvin is a Certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and an owner of two businesses – 1 Minute Facelift and Springboard Wellness.When Elizabeth was 12 her father told her they had a decision to make – move to VA Beach or Spain.  So, they moved to Spain!Living life abroad was all that she knew it would be and more. This started her journey asking the questions on the differences between the two places she had lived – US and abroad.  The enjoyment of life, food, people….it was so very different.She hung out with the locals at the bodega and learned about the aging of wine, the cheesemaker and the importance of using the best quality ingredients.
