He specialized in developing omni-channel experiences, customer engagement strategies, and digital transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he successfully launched new digital experiences for multiple brands and retailers, including expanding the loyalty program for a national multi-brand retailer, increasing total spend and customer lifetime value. Chuck also played a key role in expanding Deloitte Digital's analyst recognition, setting the strategy for the consumer sector AI-enabled solutions and leading the national rollout of Deloitte’s standardized software development lifecycle, reducing project costs and improving the success rate of large-scale technology implementations.Chuck is an advocate for STEM education and increasing the digital fluency of all.
