Connected Leaders Academy Scaling your business “sounds good,” at least on paper. But diminishing returns soon have us working harder than ever. I architected and led the only company in the world to personally train leaders inside the borders of every country around the globe. It was sobering, exciting, terrifying and… worth it! He was CEO of a company that had 700 hospitals, clinics, and schools across six continents. Then John Maxwell recruited Dr. Rob to lead the largest leadership development company in the world. He has now dedicated his life to helping smaller businesses and individual leaders maximize their growth and impact. His team has described him as a leader who believes in you, then gives you three hugs and a kick in the rear. Dr. Rob and Dawn have been married 40 years; they live in San Diego. Their faith is strong; they started a family foundation to change the world. Their kids grandkids live in Atlanta and Dallas. Rob’s enjoys life, he’s been to every Baseball stadium, he founded the Silicon Valley Wine Auction, and he’s eaten at more than 200 of the “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” the Food Network.
