The second episode of Moving Up , which is focused on exploring some of the conversations around a research project, led by Bangor University, working with Gwynedd Council, Conwy County Borough Council, Torfaen Council and Anglesey Council to look at what we can learn from the experiences of young people around working to improve the barriers and the enablers to engagements with care leavers on a multi-agency basis. A discussion featuring Dr Ceryl Davies (Bangor University), Louise Prendergrast (Bangor University), Kate Phillips (Torfaen Councty Council), Lisa Jones (Conwy County Council), Dafydd Beattie (Conwy County Council).The conversation focuses on enablers identified by young people, and we'll discuss some of the barriers that young people face when engaging with services, and a discussion around the outcomes for young people want to have when they're working and engaging with services.
