From Babylon to Persia, from Alexander the Great and Greece to the rise of Rome, Daniel's visions demonstrate the astonishing accuracy of biblical prophecy and the sovereignty of God over history. But the ultimate point of Daniel is not merely predicting kingdoms. It is revealing a God who knows the future because He rules the future. The same God who saw empires rise and fall before they existed is the God who sent Jesus exactly when He promised and the God who still holds our future today. If God has proven Himself faithful throughout history, can we trust Him with the parts of our story we cannot yet see?
