Rural communities in Indiana can receive more than one-point-four million dollars in energy efficiency and conservation grants. A district court heard a case Friday alleging the state is prioritizing certain groups when providing government-issued licenses. The Family and Social Services Administration has added another round of its employer-sponsored child care grants. The Tippecanoe County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Monday to advance an ordinance that creates a nine-month moratorium on large water withdrawals from the county.
